1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hekmalabs.com (the “Site”), operated by Hekma Labs (“Hekma Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work or order form. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails. Our products, including Wisely and AIM, are governed by their own terms of service.

2. Our services

We provide AI product development, agentic AI solutions, AI automation, consulting and research services. Information on the Site is for general purposes only and does not constitute an offer. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing for each engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest or copy the Site’s content at scale without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, malicious or spam content through our forms.
• Introduce malware or use automated means to submit forms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, the Hekma Labs name and marks, and product names such as Wisely and AIM, are owned by or licensed to Hekma Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

Ownership of deliverables created for clients is set out in the relevant client agreement.

5. AI outputs

AI systems can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and deciding how they are used, especially in legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes contexts.

6. Confidentiality

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site’s contact form. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions. Information you submit is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hekma Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Hekma Labs harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Site and its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hekma Labs is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
